This old commercial residence with its 12 ft ceilings and 1,420 sq ft, is an ideal bachelor(ette) pad. The kitchen and bathroom were fully renovated with new tiles, a grand kitchen island, glass rain shower and oversized mirror to give it a more contemporary look. Details from the original building were maintained, such as the exposed brick walls and steel beams, to respect the soul of the residence and give it an Urban Chic look. The master bedroom is separated from the living room by a glass window to bring the natural light in and emphasize the height of the ceilings. This architectural effect creates a feeling of grandeur, all while maintaining the bedroom’s privacy.
